GOSBI will respond to the request within a maximum period of one month, extendable for another two months in complex cases, previously informing the User of the reasons for the delay.

If the User considers that the exercise of their rights has not been properly attended to, they may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), through its website: www.aepd.es.
