GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE – GOSBI CONNECT SL.

These General Purchase Conditions regulate the acquisition of products through the website owned by GOSBI CONNECT SL., with N.I.F. B55186001 and address at Crta N-II Km 1.5 17771 Santa LLogaia d'Àlguema, Gerona, dedicated to the online sale of products for animals. By making a purchase on our site, the User accepts these conditions without reservation.

Purpose and scope of application

The purpose of these General Purchase Conditions is to regulate the terms and conditions that govern the acquisition of products offered by GOSBI CONNECT SL through its website www.gosbi.com, property of the same, with address at Calle Crta N-II Km 1.5 17771 Santa Llogaia d'Alguema (Girona), and N.I.F. B55186001.

These conditions apply exclusively to purchases made by end consumers (private users) through the website, destined within the territory of the European Economic Area. Any user who accesses, browses or places an order through said site declares that they know and accept these conditions in their entirety.

The User declares that he or she is of legal age and has sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Product information and availability

All products available on www.gosbi.com are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations or typographical errors may occur. GOSBI reserves the right to modify the commercial offer (products, prices, promotions and other commercial conditions) at any time, without affecting purchases already made.

In the event of lack of availability of the product once the order has been placed, the User will be informed by email or telephone and may choose to return the amount paid or replace the product with a similar one.

Purchase Process

To purchase products through the GOSBI website, the User may follow the following procedure:

1. Product selection:The User can browse the product catalogue, consult the individual files and add the desired products to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding button.
2. Shopping cart:Once the products have been selected, the User can review its content by accessing the basket icon, where they can modify quantities, delete products and consult the total amount of the purchase, including taxes.
3. Account creation or access as a registered user:To complete the order, the User must register as a customer, entering their personal and contact information, or access their account if they are already registered.
4. Shipping and billing information:The User must enter or confirm the delivery address and, if desired, a different address for billing. You can also add comments to the order if you consider it necessary.
5. Payment method selection:Different payment methods will be offered (bank card, PayPal or other means that can be enabled). The User must select the desired option and follow the instructions of the payment service provider.
6. Summary and confirmation of the order:Before completing the purchase, a summary of the order will be displayed with the selected products, quantities, prices, shipping information, payment method and total to pay. Prices and payment methods

All prices indicated on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are expressed in euros. GOSBI reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting previously confirmed orders.

The accepted payment methods are: bank card, PayPal and other means indicated in the purchase process. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Under no circumstances will the order be considered completed until payment has been verified and authorized.

To guarantee your security and in compliance with current regulations, when confirming an online purchase and its possible subsequent modifications, the PSD2 protocol will be applied and double authentication validated by your bank will be required. The PSD2 regulation is a European regulation (Royal Decree 3/2020, of February 4, and Directive (EU) 2015/2366) that affects online purchases and aims to reinforce the security of payments made by customers in electronic commerce

Shipping and delivery

Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the User in the purchase form. The estimated delivery time will be 1 to 3 business days, although it may vary depending on the location and availability of the product. GOSBI will not be responsible for delays attributable to causes beyond its direct management (strikes, logistical incidents, etc.).

• Shipping areas

  GOSBI makes shipments to the entire territory of peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or to post office boxes. For shipments to other countries within the European Economic Area, the User must consult the availability and conditions through the email info@gosbi.com.

• Transport companies

  Orders are sent through specialized transport companies, such as SEUR, DHL, Correos Express or other collaborating logistics companies. Carrier selection may vary depending on geographic area and service availability.

• Shipping methods and costs

  Standard shipping: home delivery within an estimated period of 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation.

• Shipping cost:

  - Free for orders over €30 (peninsula only)

  - For smaller orders: Variable rate to consult depending on availability and weight.

  Shipping costs will be shown itemized before completing the purchase.

• Delivery times and conditions

  Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours (approximately between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.), excluding holidays. Deliveries are not made on weekends. Exceptions in periods of high transport volume such as “Black Friday” where transport companies can make deliveries on weekends.

  In case of absence of the recipient, the carrier will leave a notice and will attempt a new delivery. You can also contact the User to arrange a second date.

• Order Tracking

  Once the shipment is confirmed, the User will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to the carrier's website to consult the delivery status in real time.

• Product Availability

  All orders are subject to product availability. In case of lack of stock after placing the order, GOSBI will inform the User as soon as possible, offering:

  - An alternative product with similar characteristics

  - Full refund of the amount paid

  The User may freely choose between these options.

Right of withdrawal and returns

The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that they are products that are not excluded from the right of withdrawal according to current regulations.

In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not apply to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, such as animal food products. Likewise, returns will not be accepted for products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable to be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

In cases where withdrawal is appropriate, the User must expressly notify GOSBI using the withdrawal form or via email to info@gsobi.com. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. The User will assume the direct costs of return, unless the product is defective or there has been an error in shipping by GOSBI.

Legal guarantee of products

The products marketed by GOSBI mainly consist of animal feed and consumable products. By their very nature, these goods are not subject to the legal three-year conformity guarantee established for durable products.

However, GOSBI guarantees that all food products will be delivered in perfect condition, within the best-before date or expiration date indicated by the manufacturer, and in original, untampered containers. In the event that the User receives a product that is damaged, in poor condition, or that does not correspond to the order placed, they may request its replacement or refund, after verification by GOSBI.

To do this, the User must contact customer service within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the order, attaching images and a description of the incident. GOSBI reserves the right to request the sending of the defective product for evaluation, at no additional cost to the User in cases where the incident is justified.

Disclaimer

GOSBI will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from improper use of the products purchased, failure by the User to comply with the conservation, handling or use instructions recommended by the manufacturer, or for any effects that may arise from allergies or intolerances not previously communicated.

Likewise, GOSBI will not be liable for delays in delivery attributable to causes beyond its control, such as third-party logistics incidents, force majeure situations or errors in the data provided by the User.

Although every effort is made to keep all the information on the website updated and verified, GOSBI is not responsible for possible typographical errors, technical inaccuracies or temporary interruptions of the service, without prejudice to its obligation to correct them as soon as it becomes aware of them.

User Obligations

By making a purchase through the GOSBI website, the User agrees to:

• Provide truthful and updated information in the registration and/or purchase process.

• Do not place false or fraudulent orders.

• Make appropriate use of the website and the services offered, without causing damage or interruptions.

• Keep your access credentials confidential if you are registered as a user.

GOSBI reserves the right to cancel any order or user account that fails to comply with these conditions, without prejudice to any legal actions that may apply.
